About
Over 24 years (14 years in UAE) of comprehensive professional and academic experience in interior architecture, landscape design and architecture.
The academic experience is represented in working in the field of University teaching and scientific research and in the sciences of interior architecture design and obtaining a master’s degree and towards obtaining a PHD degree soon ( as an assistant professor in the Department of Interior Architecture and Decoration, Faculty of Fine Arts, South Valley University, Egypt, and in the Interior Design Department, Faculty of Engineering, Ajman University, United Arab Emirates.)
The practical experience (which was parallel in time to the academic experience) is represented in achieving many distinguished achievements by working in major companies in Egypt and the UAE, preparing interior design, project management and coordination for more than 180 residential projects, 55 commercial projects, and many more. Projects for five-star hotels, health and sports centers, and more than 35 landscape projects, in addition to participating in the advisory council for beautifying cities in Egypt and obtaining a number of prizes in local and international competitions.
All of the above scientific and practical experiences led to complementary experiences in the field of design, which are:
Professional experience in managing interior architecture projects and fixtures, consulting, site supervision, coordinating with contractors, coordinating all details and engineering services, managing a large team of employees and suppliers, liaising with local and municipal authority, managing and coordinating subcontracts, preparing vision studies for interior decoration projects Landscaping, preparation of bid documents, evaluation and recommendation of bids, scheduling and planning, senior management assistance, design management, design development and transportation coordination and proposals. Highly organized in prioritizing tasks, excellent interpersonal skills and maintaining healthy relationships with clients
